Systems Integration - Putting it All Together

Where there is a successful and efficient integration strategy, there is enterprise value.

As companies work to leverage all aspect of technology, new, as well as legacy systems currently in use, systems integration becomes vital.

Critical company operational software, such as ERP, CRM and Telephony systems that aren't capable of interaction, while functional with their on islands of data, don't provide the true value that such systems are capable of, and that is so vital in today's competitive environment.

A well-executed integration initiative can provide a singular lens into the business and the customer, speed time to market, consolidate systems and processes, and save time and, ultimately, costs. At its very essence, integration generates value.

While it's possible to design such a system from scratch, it is neither a cost effective nor strategically comfortable approach, particularly for small-to-mid-sized enterprises. The solution, then, is the smooth integration of new and/or legacy systems to the degree that they behave as if they were a system of unified design.

With ESP's emphasis on people, process, and technology, we take our structured methodology of deploying solutions and work with you to:

  • Develop a Integration strategy for your Business
  • Discover specific business problems to be addressed
  • Define formal, measurable objectives for your Integration initiative
  • Uncover technology issues that you're organization may face, like integration of your CRM solution with your ERP/accounting system, customer data capture and telephony system and work with to provide solutions for those issues.
  • Help you gain a solid understanding of how what you're planning will affect:
    • Your people,
    • Your current business processes (if indeed you have formal, structured, repeatable processes in your marketing, sales and customer service areas)
    • And, most importantly, the satisfaction and loyalty of your customers.

A company’s most valuable resource is its information. ESP will work with you to make that information more accessible to the people that need it. Creating a collaborative environment that leverages a company’s technology, providing a greater return on those investments.
